    NAD+ is one of my go to supplements. The molecule is a linchpin to the function of the generators of cells ¡ª mitochondria. NAD? not only helps convert food to energy but also plays a crucial role in maintaining DNA integrity and ensures proper cell function to protect our bodies from aging and disease.

    I've been taking this for a few weeks now and don't feel any bad effects. I'm new to NAD and this seemed like a good one to try. Like with anything like this, it's difficult to know short term how well it works. It's 2 pills a day, so this is a little expensive.

    It is a supplement that replenishes what we lose with age and NAD is one of them. These are easy to swallow capsules with no taste. NAD+ supplements are touted as having an impact on cellular energy, DNA repair and inflammation to name a few, whether it does needs to be seen by more research. It is all a matter of deficiency and need by your body.

    I've been taking this NAD+ supplement for a couple weeks. The pills are easy to swallow and I haven't experienced any side effects that would have me stop taking them. I can't say I've noticed any changes in my energy level. NAD+ is supposed to help with metabolism, DNA repair and immunity, all important especially for someone like myself in their 50's. It'll likely take long-term usage to really notice the benefits.

    This is my time for preventative measures! My goal has been to get myself to the best position to avoid future ailments.

    My base line for any supplements is USA made. Globally sourced ingredients simply means some substances can only be sourced in certain parts of the world due to growing conditions, etc. With USA manufacturing and all the strict requirements that entails, it takes out the mystery for me.

    I have a few more decades to go and I want those years to be as healthy as I can be. Good NAD is key.

    This product is a precursor to NAD, which means it supports healthy cellular function and metabolism while promoting overall health. It arrived with a double seal for enhanced safety and protection, which I appreciate. It doesn¡¯t have an odor or taste, thankfully. Some vitamins/nutrients I¡¯ve taken in the past have had unpleasant odors, so I¡¯m always grateful for products that are neutral. I¡¯m not sure if it¡¯s a placebo effect, but I¡¯ve noticed increased energy overall, which is exactly what you¡¯d hope for with an item that supports metabolic function and overall health. The pills aren¡¯t too large or difficult to swallow, and they seem to achieve the desired effect, so I¡¯m very satisfied.

    I'm certainly not an expert on NAD supplements. They are trendy today for their potential to slow the aging process, and for sure my aging would benefit from some slowing. I have no idea if they actually work, but they don't appear to have any major negative side effects, so they're worth a try. From what I've been able to glean from the internet, the composition of this supplement - NAD+ combined with NR - is an effective formulation. This supplement is made in the USA and has GMP certification, plus it's gluten and GMO free an is 100% vegan. The bottle I received is fresh and has a long shelf life (received 10/2023, expires 06/2025).

    I was hesitant to try this at first. I am on an extensive high TTFD thiamine protocol. In theory my NAD stores should be being restored, but it is possible that they aren't working right for me personally. My result could be due to the combination of supplements I'm taking which also affect the Krebs cycle and mitochondria.

    I tried taking one to start, but I really didn't notice any effects. I have since tried using this supplement between my morning and mid doses of other vitamins and it gives me more energy. It's too soon to say if it has any long term benefits or if it was coincidence, but I've had chronic fatigue for many years. This is at least a little glimmer of added hope.

    It's not showing me the price right now, so I'm uncertain about the cost/value ratio so I can't factor that into my review.

    This NAD+NR 500mg by SimLIKE contains 60 capsules. Each bottle is a 30 day supply when taken as suggested. 2 capsules provide a serving with 50 mg Nicotinamide riboside chloride, 500 mg NAD+, and 20 mg Resveratrol. The capsules, themselves, are slightly on the larger side but are easy to swallow. There is no smell or flavor. The labeling indicates Non-GMO, GMP Certified, Gluten free, Vegan, and made in the USA.

    An important thing to not when taking this supplement is that there are 2 specific cautions listed on the label. 1: "Patients with viral infection or diarrhea MUST stop taking NAD+ and 2: Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or lactating mothers should not take this supplement.

    I have only been taking this occasionally, so I'm not yet sure on overall effectiveness, but have experienced no ill effects.

    The label on the bottle says that it's gCMP certified, but since I can't find a website for the company, I can't verify that. This is a red flag for me, but if it's not a deal breaker for you, that's your call.

    The supplements are easy to swallow and have a very slight odor, but nothing that would put me off them. This supplement is reputed to help with energy levels and anti-ageing, but do your own research on that, of course.

    This is an NAD+ supplement, presented in standard, medium-sized veggie caps. The bottle arrived with a strong outer and inner seal, both intact. There were no problems noted with the capsules and no loose powder was visible.

    I'm a little confused by the labeling. The front of the bottle implies that you get 60 capsules of 500 mg of product each. The supplement facts label on the back says that there is a serving size of "2", but then in big letters says "EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:" as an ingredient line-item, implying again that each capsule contains 500mg of product. I find it unclear and confusing.

    NAD+ is currently gaining interest for its anti-aging effects, its potential to help with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, Alzheimer disease, and obesity, but studies are few so far.

    Well, while the information and opinions on NAD and NR and NMN change every day, those of us getting older want to take a chance that we¡¯re actually doing something positive for aging. I¡¯ve been sampling them all since the NMN ban. But since success depends on your particular body chemistry, it¡¯s all based on luck for now. Still, no one wants to be left behind, so I¡¯m taking it and keeping up on the research. It¡¯s not too expensive, but it is a luxury supplement for now. This formula is a little different than others, but it seems well made and they actually tried to explain things in the ad. Read about it and make your own decisions, but this one is a good choice.

    NAD+ is a naturally occurring compound and has some interesting research on it regarding anti-aging and anti-stress abilities. I thought I'd give this one a go as it it is made and inspected in the USA.

    I'm nearing the 4th quarter of my life, and am trying to put the brakes on the aging train as hard as I can. This means heavy diet modification as well as a pretty regimented exercise program. Add in all of the helpful supplements I can get my hands on, and I'm going down swinging!!

    I've noticed no negative effects so far, so I'll continue to add these to my evening med list. Everything that helps is welcome in my home. A recommended supplement for sure.

    This supplement product arrived on time. As a senior in my mid-70's I have found that NAD+ has become an important part of my supplement routine. I have been taking this product from SimLIKE for several weeks and have found a slight increase in my energy levels. I am also hoping that my cognitive condition holds steady. This product can be used by all ages, but excited for me that I am seeing some results. Very pleased and looking forward to progress in the next few months.

They are both derivatives of the chemical commonly know as niacin (nicotinic acid) and both feed our cells at the molecular level.

    I am taking NAD+ supplement to support mitochondrial. I am happy to discover this brand is much affordable than other brands in the market. I have been taking these daily for two weeks but haven't noticed any changes in my system so I don't know how well they are working yet.
