   I've heard so many good things about DIM and uterine fibroids that I'm willing to try them for a 60-day period. However, these pills are big and I have problems taking pills, especially big ones. Luckily, I'll start off with just one per day.

   I take DHEA supplements & also have been taking DIM to suppress the estrogen. I wanted to try these because they had a cleansing element, which is the pomegranate extract. It's always hard to recommend something like this for someone else, because it came with lifestyle changes for me. i can't say for certain everything positive I've experienced since taking these will affect everyone the same way. i changed my exercise routine, & diet, too, & so far i am happy i made the changes & decided to try these. These
   supplements have helped me stick to my lifestyle changes, knowing I've invested in these, healthier food, & weights (mental warfare, so i don't skip an exercise day when I'm worn out). I do have more energy, better mood, & i am getting results from my workouts, so I'm satisfied, I'm glad i tried these. If anyone is thinking about doing the same, it's worth it to at least try it for a month or two, IMO.

   DIM, the primary ingredient, is believed to provide health benefits to women, but some of those same benefits can also apply to men.
   
   The other active ingredients are pomegranate and sulforaphane. I like this combination of in a single product, because I was already taking them separately. Used together, they do seem to have helped me control inflammation.
   
   I also like that Simlike DIM SGS+ is produced in a GMP-certified facility, and is third-party tested, two things that I look for that are important to me.
   
   My bottle arrived fresh, with an expiration date 22 months out. The medium-sized capsules have been very easy for me to swallow, and I¡¯ve not experienced any unwanted side-effects.
   
   The current selling price seems a bit high, so four stars overall.

   This is the second DIM that has caused me headaches when I take it. Used to get a DIM product strictly from broccoli that didn't do that, but the newer formulas maybe use a different source for some of the product? Not sure, but I will try splitting the capsule ingredients into smaller doses somehow and see if that solves the headache issue. Could be too fast a detox, or could be it is more lab made than my system can handle. Will update.

   I really like the Slimlike DIM product and I do seem to be feeling positive effects with its use. I do think its a little pricey, so not a great value, but an okay value if it works for you. It does seem to be working for me so I will continue to use it. You only take one capsule a day, so all in all, its still worth the price for the benefit. I'm digging it and will continue using it!

   I have been taking one of these capsules a day for about 10 days now. I am post-menopausal and was having a heck of a time with night sweats and just feeling generally hot during the day. I feel that taking this supplement has eased my sweating symptoms. I also feel like I have more energy than before.
   I started eating healthier when I began this supplement as I am using it to possibly lose weight. I am down a few pounds, but it hard to determine if the supplement is helping or it is just that I am eating better.
   All in all, I feel better and that is a good result. I am going to continue taking this as it has not caused me any adverse side effects. The only downside is that the price is a bit high for my budget.
