   I have only been using these for two weeks I am still having hot flashes but they are not as bad and my mood seems to have improved. They are easy to take and I did not notice a aftertaste.

   I love taking DIM, I feel like it helps me so much hormonally. I have never taken it with sulforaphane/SGS before, but from what I have read it seems to be a useful ingredient. Maybe even good for hay fever, which would be very exciting. So far I am liking this, but I took off a star for the price. I usually don't have to pay this much for a good DIM or blend. Perhaps SGS is expensive, I'm not sure. Worth a try if you are interested.

   I recently had a hysterectomy which push me into early menopause. I ordered the Simlike DIM SGS to help lessen my symptoms. The supplement arrived in a plastic bottle, sealed tight. The capsules inside were well sealed. There is no powder in the bottle and there is little to no taste when I took the supplement. I¡¯ve been taking it for a few days now and I do notice less intensity with my hot flashes, and my moodiness is slightly less intense. I do think this is a good supplement however, I think the price point is high for the product.

   This is a good supplement. I take this daily per recommendation from my dr. Its easy to swallow, no taste or aftertaste. I took off one star because I feel bloated when I take it but my body just may need to get used to it. Would recommend.

   DIM, the primary ingredient, is believed to provide health benefits to women, but some of those same benefits can also apply to men.
   
   The other active ingredients are pomegranate and sulforaphane. I like this combination of in a single product, because I was already taking them separately. Used together, they do seem to have helped me control inflammation.
   
   I also like that Simlike DIM SGS+ is produced in a GMP-certified facility, and is third-party tested, two things that I look for that are important to me.
   
   My bottle arrived fresh, with an expiration date 22 months out. The medium-sized capsules have been very easy for me to swallow, and I¡¯ve not experienced any unwanted side-effects.
   
   The current selling price seems a bit high, so four stars overall.

   I really like the Slimlike DIM product and I do seem to be feeling positive effects with its use. I do think its a little pricey, so not a great value, but an okay value if it works for you. It does seem to be working for me so I will continue to use it. You only take one capsule a day, so all in all, its still worth the price for the benefit. I'm digging it and will continue using it!

   I was taking another product with DIM but it had too many other ingredients. That one was causing stomach upset. So far this one is doing much better for me. Looking for better hormone balance without taking actual hormone supplements. Looking to lose 20 pounds and diet and increasing activities has nit worked. Now down 7 pounds in two weeks. If appears it's helping. I am pleased.

   I have been taking one of these capsules a day for about 10 days now. I am post-menopausal and was having a heck of a time with night sweats and just feeling generally hot during the day. I feel that taking this supplement has eased my sweating symptoms. I also feel like I have more energy than before.
   I started eating healthier when I began this supplement as I am using it to possibly lose weight. I am down a few pounds, but it hard to determine if the supplement is helping or it is just that I am eating better.
   All in all, I feel better and that is a good result. I am going to continue taking this as it has not caused me any adverse side effects. The only downside is that the price is a bit high for my budget.

   My Dr. Suggested that I should be taking it. Just started. Have no side effects from taking it. Looking forward to the benefits that come with it.
